Behind the Scenes.

My journey began at Universidad del Rosario, where I earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a double degree from the Upper Austria University of Applied Sciences in Global Sales & Marketing. This gave me the opportunity to do my internship at a startup in Vienna, where I learned a lot about product development and the importance of launching the product as soon as possible to learn from the customer’s feedback and continuously adapt the product, communication, and marketing strategy to meet their needs.

Following that, I proudly earned my Master's in Advertising and Digital Marketing from the University of Nebrija in Madrid, Spain (2021). The urge and excitement to implement all that I learned led me to start my own entrepreneurship, "La Chocolatería Santa Ana," which became a great success and caught the attention of a German multinational, RATIONAL AG.

As a result, I began managing RATIONAL's digital marketing budget & paid campaigns for Latin America (2021-2023). I also traveled across different cities and countries to interview their clients, creating reference customer stories that I then used to craft compelling ads. After two successful years working with such an amazing company, I decided to embark on a new, more challenging journey.

I currently work as a digital marketing specialist for an online maritime academy. It's a very specific niche company that targets ships and port facilities interested in improving their overall security or obtaining certifications required by the International Maritime Organization.

As the strategy here focuses on B2B marketing, the sales cycle naturally tends to be a bit longer. That's why I've prioritized creating a comprehensive strategy, from generating leads through targeted meta ads. These conversion campaigns lead people to specific course landing pages. Afterward, I retarget them with testimonial ads and complete the customer journey with email marketing campaigns that share interesting industry news and guides on maritime security.
